We produce a range of fresh and chilled products, ranging from basic fish processing to new product development for our foodservice and retail customers.
Our chilled production is based in our facility in Uddingston. We have rigorous technical and operational standards throughout the business, and our chilled facilities are approved by all of our major retail customers.
We routinely source and process a variety of species, such as trout, salmon, mackerel, herring, cod, sea bass, plaice and prawns. All our products are fully traceable, and we’re market leaders in food safety.
Our farms operate in harmony with the environment, are sustainable and support the rural economies in which they are based.
