Our working practices meet the requirements of the Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI). This includes basic rights such as collective bargaining and safe, hygienic working conditions. Health and Safety compliance and best practice training is carried out at all production and farm sites. We monitor our Health and Safety performance at all levels, and our ambition is to drive accidents down to zero at all sites
