We produce a range of high quality smoked fish and fish products for our own premium brand RR. Spink & Sons as well as some of the UK's leading retailers.
Our specialist facilities include separate buildings for hot and cold smoking processes, and we have the skills to produce a number of products by hand. In addition to smoking, we can also produce gravadlax, pâtés and terrines, fish and crab stuffings, and marinated products.
Our farms operate in harmony with the environment, are sustainable and support the rural economies in which they are based.
