Daniel's, established in 1983, is an award winning business specialising in the production of Rollmop Herrings, and Skinless Herring Fillets in various sauces. Daniel's markets its products under the Daniel's and Marinades of Scotland brands. The product range includes: Rollmops, Skinless Herring Fillets in Dill, Sherry,Tomato, Mustard, Curry, Sour cream and Garlic and Herb sauces together with Cockles and Mussels in Pickle.

Daniel's produces private label products for the UK's leading retailers and also markets its products under the Daniel's brand to specialist shops and the foodservice sector.
