All elements of its supply chain adhere to its strict protocols together with customer specifications and codes of practice. These are independently and regularly audited.

Food safety standards and HACCP principles apply across the aquaculture operation and consumers can be assured of the provenance and traceability of all its fish.

Dawnfresh trout are reared in a wild environment, typically in Scottish Lochs or naturally flowing chalk streams. The company has selected a trout breed that is ideally suited to those habitats and which provides consumers with excellent eating qualities.
